feat: text Services for the vector database package, and enhanced back-end

This adds the following new features:

1. Back-end for creating and searching a FAISS vector database
2. Back-end for getting sentence embeddings from a list of strings
3. Service to create an Index containing sentence embeddings of a .txt file
4. Service to query an Index to find the nearest sentence(s).
