added new exp40 along with make file to make running new experiments and making figures easy
added jackknife and shape noise cancelltation procedure and corresponding figures and summary
some mysteries remain with exp40 and what happens with the multiplicative bias (two different seeds seem to contradict); with lower noise in exp41 they seem to work. Will resolve mystery in future PR
