daily_tally is not tabulating correctly

Steps to reproduce

Enable Daily Tally with default values. Wait for JST midnight. Value will change to -15536. Next JST it will jump to 50000 (or presumibly the max points).

Expected behavior

Tally should only increment by the number of points designated in main.lua or be set to max points if the value exceeds the max.
