What does this pull request do?

Closes #7060

Alkyoneus had an issue where it was double attacking attacking multiple times a second due to having a low delay for a H2H weapon type. I adjusted its weapon type to be 6 like other WAR type Gigas that also have a 240 delay.

Steps to test these changes

Spawn NM, see that it attacks at a normal rate.

If you spawn him before applying the fix, you will probably get killed in a couple seconds from the amount of attacks directed at you.
