Rename package name

Rename the package name to avoid confusion

PyWxDump Temporary

This is a modified version of the pywxdump package, built on an older version of pywxdump, with the API cross-origin restrictions removed.

This package is intended for temporary use. In the future, infofusion will adapt to the new version of pywxdump.
