Debug log is now written to, can be used to find out why stormloader crashed

Bug Fixes

Added code to handle null returns from network connections, should fix some crashes
Fixed a bug potentially causing a crash when failing to connect to the repository
Error messages should now show for every single unhandled exception that causes a crash
Fixed a bug that prevented mod descriptions from being updated on the repository
