Liberty Mainnet V1.01 Release

We opened Liberty's mainnet！
Stagenet users can obtain the LBT and pledge amount of the mainnet through exchange.

Exchange process:

1. Download the main network program
2. Create the wallet of the mainnet through the liberty-wallet-cli program and obtain the public key of the wallet of the mainnet (the address starts with 8)
3. Enter the exchange address
4. Log in to your stagenet wallet via keys or seed
5. Fill in your mainnet public key and the amount you want to exchange, and select the time of automatic pledge to exchange
6. After successful exchange, wait for a while to start mining
