tensorflow is not a direct requirement, but keras needs it in default setup. torch version 0.4.1post2 is need since the 0.4.0 is not avaliable to download at pypi and the post2 is requeried in orther to work correctly with numpy

Existem versões mais novas, mais performáticas e com menos bugs das dependências, testei todos os notebooks e todos continua a funcionar corretamente 😄
Adição de novos:
Percorrendo os notebooks é possível notar que são importadas algumas dependências não listadas no
requirements.txtconsegui adicionar todas elas e com as versões compatíveis com todos os notebooks, todos continuam funcionando.Observação:
tanto o pytorch quando o tensorflow espeficicados são versões de CPU, não dependende de GPU, talvez se a aluna ou aluno tiver uma máquina com tal hardware valha a pena não usar as versões listadas. Preferi colocar, uma vez que esse setup funciona em qualquer máquina
