Some conversion related fixes

Description

This fixes a few small conversion related issues and adds tests for them:

• fixes Supporting GeometryBasics geometries #660: extended convert_arguments
• fixes StackOverflowError when passing tuple (instead of a color type) for colormap #1297: added to_color method
• fixes textpadding could accept a single Integer #2351: added to_lrbt_padding which handles Real, VecTypes{2} and VecTypes{4}. Reused for tooltip
• fixes NaN in roation breaks entire axis #4041: added safeguard for NaN rotation and markersize, rather than error

Type of change

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
