Improved linux support

Previous version could not detect serial ports on Linux. This has been fixed.

Added Loop Forever

What changed

• Updated project to include Maven settings.
• Added "loop forever" startup option
• Log window now shows messages to / from arduino. Could be enhanced to use different colors for direction.

What do I do now?

• Make sure you have JAVA installed.
• download the gcodeSender-v1.1.0-with-dependencies.jar
• double click it on your computer
• open a connection to your arduino
• load a file to send
• action > start
• choose options and click OK.
