OK, I see that MFEKmath is already the library I'm looking for. Do you want to rework this binary in terms of that library instead? |

This reorganises the crate to be a mixed library and binary crate, so that other projects can use the path stroking algorithm. Also renamed QStroke to MFEKStroke.
