1.19.3 - Bug fixes
Changes:
- Fixed the ocean replacement feature for Java 1.11 on Minecraft 1.16.
- Added drop-planks option for Timber scenario.
- Added time-decay option for Fast Leaves Decay scenario.
- Added stone tools option for Hastey Boys scenario.
- Made changes tho the FileUtils API.
- Moved enabling of default scenarios to after world loading to prevent issues with dragonrush.
- World generation will now properly shut down when the plugin is disabled.

1.19 - Bug fixes & Code improvements
Changes:
- Commands now work before the world is done loading, making debugging using the /upload command easier.
- Converted the scenarios under default enabled and voting blacklist to keys. (Lower case with underscored)
- Removed loot table randomized drops system for 1.15.
- The scenario edit menu now has multiple page support, making it easier to add more scenarios in the future or through the API.
- Made changes to the Scenario API.
- Cleaned up plugin code.

- This update fixes a bug where loading the seed list from the config would cause an exception.

- Fixed bug where eating did not work in the deathmatch.

- When players are released at the start of the game they won't be teleported two blocks up anymore.
- Block updates for the removal of the lobby are now disabled. (Attempt to prevent lag)
