UI settings page

Main new feature is the UI settings page, as a new tab besides the GAME SETTINGS tab.

The "Lazy Farmers" and "Higher Difficulty" modes are not yet functional. The settings are only displayed in debug mode.

Also some fixes for MP game sync.
