server timezone might not match local timezone leading to wrong day prayer times being selected add env option for timezone allowing user to set server timezone

fix for #31 - prayer times are selected for the wrong date
added TIMEZONE option to environment variables and uses
moment-timezonein MosqueDataService (server side) to set the date according to that timezone
