First Release

This is the first version of the blog application.
Users can be able to:

1. View blogs written by other bloggers.
2. Make comments on those blogs so long as they are authenticated
3. Upgrade their status to blogger if they want to write their own blog posts.
4. Log in/out, register for accounts.
