Now that we have everything working I think it makes sense to share the kernels. I've started with cuda (despite issue #12) because I was bored this morning and doing the same to opencl requires a bit more work.

I'll do it next with the opencl version once I get familiar with the FPGA.

(I forgot I was in the fpga branch that's why it is pointing there :P)

Note: eventually I think we should have one single folder with a lot of #if OPENCL_FPGA inside
