Description: FLT2000 using the tuning from coupled run 33 (#356).
The goal of this run to have a run with present day aerosol and a companion run with pre-industrial aerosol (pia) as requested in #368

The compset FLT2000 doesn't exit yet. I used a combination of datasets either single year or climos.
