FAQ

What is the formulae for score calculation.

Method of scoring at each level is as follows: Score (in %) = ((Sum of all the scores for checkpoints which have been filled) * 100) / (2 * (number of checkpoints filled)). This is same for Standard, Area of Concern, Department and Overall Score except that the score is different for each hence the number of checkpoints involved are different. Note that, only the checkpoints which have been filled in considered in calculations. So if you fill only one checkpoint score and you give a score of 2, then will be 100%. But if you fill two checkpoints and give 1 and 1 for each, then score will be 50%.

The drop downs filters are showing incorrect values on my machine.

This happens most of the times because of the caching. Please just reload/refresh the page on which this is happening and it should take care of it.

Some dashboard items are greyed out, why is that and what can be done.

The dashboard items are greyed out because the dashboard filter (facility name in most cases) is not applicable to that item. e.g. If the filter is selected then any dashboard item that shows data across facilities will be greyed out and if the filter is unselected (no facility is selected) then all dashboard items that require facility will be greyed out.
