[1pt] PR: Updating deny lists

This PR updates deny lists to avoid saving unnecessary files.
I also added PR #1260 (changes to data/bathymetry/preprocess_bathymetry.py ) to this PR.

Changes

• config/deny_branches.lst
• config/deny_unit.lst
• data/bathymetry/preprocess_bathymetry.py

Testing

fim_pipeline, inundate_mosaic_wrapper.py, and post processing were ran successfully for huc 02070001.
