This release contains a plethora of patches and bug fixes. Noteworthy enhancements include a PostgreSQL database to house the Synthetic Rating Curve calibration data, ras2fim outputs used in evaluation, updates to validation tools used in the Alpha and Sierra tests, a new CatFIM method, and a new tool to report Alpha metrics for each HydroID.
