true prevalence for LF is an output for the NTDMC dataset. This gives the prevalence of people having non-zero mf density. However, as this is a density of mf in the model and reduction in mf is relative to this density, once non-zero, there is no way for this to become 0 again, and hence this is not a useful measure. This PR will remove this from the output
