As of drivers 430.86 this tool no longer works

You can no longer disable telemetry tasks and services already show as disabled as of driver version 430.86.

I don't want to edit existing drivers, just remove telemetry after installation.

It no longer works because Nvidia baked the telemetry into the Display Container service. See: https://www.ghacks.net/2016/11/07/nvidia-telemetry-tracking/
