Initialization

I think it ought to be initialized by calling a mod-specific initializer. IE, require ‘otlib.ns2’ or require ‘otlib.gmod’ or require ‘otlib.console’ for console testing.

We need to define Module stuff for each mod, like module_base:AddHook, etc.
