Update to date bot with hourly dev buid

We setup a CI system to build code everytime pull request is open, if you want to get the lastest bot code fixes without waiting to release, you guys can access to the build system and grab the release here.

Note: recommend to use release when it available because this is feature build it may not stable to use. and use at your own risk , don't complain people because it hasn't been verified
