Build the FEZCerberus_Community solution

Some command line scripts can be used to setup the environment and compile the solution in one clic.
Most of time, you should use Solutions\FEZCerberus_Community\TinyCLR\GCC build.cmd to build only the CLR.
Note: the debug version is not usable (too large code size).
