30 minutes - researching what CORS does, and why it's important
30 min - How CORS configuration affects function usability
30 min - How to configure CORS to azure functions (manually, and locally)
30 min - Communicating with backend team to locate local.settings.json file
30 min - Write json settings script that can be used for implementation to Azure functions folder

When typing in the issues links, please make sure to use the pound sign method for linking to another task. For example #198
