Do stuff to make this 100% work, will merge once central MSB works for comp.

Still todo in future pr:

  • Add the ToF sensor
  • Fix shockpot ADC pin according to schematic
  • Fix FTDI pinout according to schematic

obviously looks liek things are jsut being set up (if anything more, lmk, can be hard to navigate with ioc changes), but initial structure looks good to me
