Bug Hunt Feature

PR Description :

This pr is related to bringing the bug hunt feature which was already there in the website. Enables the users to see active , upcoming and previous hunts and also search for them. This pr:

• fixes Integrate the Api's while handling any errors using try catch BLT#2425
• fixes Create the providers to make use of these api calls BLT#2426
• fixes Create the list bug hunt pages, show previous bug hunts , search bug hunts and show bug hunt description pages BLT#2427
• fixes Show active bug hunts on the app . #249
• fixes show past bug hunts in the app #250

Additional features :

• Interactive and user friendly UI
• Show a pop up for coming soon when clicked on the Participate button (the functionality can easily be changed since we dont have the workflow after that yet)
• Launch the URL provided in the hunt for more information
