Station detail view

Changes:

• add station filter to fuzzymatch endpoint challenger-api#71
• Implemented the new design for station & species detail view.
• Fixed bugs in reducers and hooks (useStationDetails, useSpeciesDetails) that caused stale data to be rendered.
• Added ocean area labels and a back button on the left sidebar menu.
• Updated build configurations:
  • Refactored import statements and updated TS/webpack/ESLint configs to use path aliases.
  • Replaced babel-loader with ts-loader.
  • Replaced asset loaders with webpack 5 Asset Modules.

Unfinished:

• Adding the illustrations from Box.
