Bug fixes and improvements

A handful of bug fixes have gone in:

• Fix OS X build to properly link openssl
• Ensure that Roslyn Workspace events triggered by the OmniSharp server (such as "ProjectChanged") include project information.
• /codeformat end point can now return text changes
