First official release in 2020 after COVID-19 break

Proper Orthogonal Decomposition is a mathematical method providing some insight to the coherent structure analysis of fluid flows, obtained with the Particle Image Velocimetry. This is a toolbox that pairs with the OpenPIV - Matlab and OpenPIV - Python packages of the Open Source Particle Image Velocimetry group.
