Fixes #147 by also using the CommonName (maybe we should prioritise title first?).
I've hidden the "positions menu" of the debug mod as right now it just freezes the game (and eventually crashes). Could be due to changes to LocalPlayer in the latest update. I have removed the "entity menu" as it was just a button that flipped a bool, the menu must've been removed from the code. I've also removed the "scene menu" as it doesn't really have a function.

Also fixes some issues with duplicate names in selectable lists not being able to be selected throughout the Debug Mod.
