[BUG]: Wrong width for Size Column

Describe the Bug

In Debugger's Function list, the vertical separater between "Location" column and "Size" column can be grabbed, but it goes opposite direction.

Reproduction Steps

1. Boot a random PS2 game in PCSX2
2. Open Debugger
3. Go in "Functions" tab
4. Right click, hit "Show Size Column"
5. Try to adjust "Location" column width

Expected Behavior

It should follow mouse.

It's probably assuming you want to expand the location column rather than reduce the size of the size column. I should probably do a pass on which columns are resizable or something like that.
