[BUG]: All CRCs option doesn't work properly

Describe the Bug

So if i understand this option's function correctly, then when turned on, it should show multiple lists of cheats for games/demos that share the same serial but have different CRCs, however it is doing that even when it's turned off as well which i think wasn't intended but it seems bugged, and i have to cycle-toggle it to gray, then on, then back to off again for it to show only one CRC's list of cheats as intended

i also didn't understand why there is a gray toggle, as i understand gray means it's matching global settings but there is no global All CRCs option so gray does the same as on, i'd ask for a global settings button but the main focus of this report is the bug mentioned at first, thanks

Reproduction Steps

place pnach files for a certain game and it's own demo version, make sure both the game and the demo have the same serial but their CRCs are different and so are there pnachs, open either the game's or the demo's per-game settings' cheat section, turn off All CRCs option, close the settings section, now open it again and notice how the All CRCs option is turned off but the cheats are showing from both the game and the demo which is incorrect, toggle the All CRCs option to gray, then turned on, then back to turned off again, now it shows cheats only for either the game or the demo depending on which one you opened the settings for

Expected Behavior

Off should show cheats for one CRC only
