Release README

Finished new download system.

Replaced .NET download client with python module which includes wget and urllib fallback.
Added option to cancel queued downloads.
Downloads screen now keeps downloads persistently.
Downloads screen now shows when file was downloaded.
Download screen now shows which file is being downloaded.
Fixed listviews that had multiselect when they shouldn't have had.
