Description
In this pull request, I've addressed the issue #12 by adding the Footer component to the project. This footer includes relevant links, such as GitHub, Contributing, Contact, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service, as discussed in the issue. I've also used Tailwind CSS to style the footer for a clean and visually appealing design. To enable Tailwind CSS, I've added the necessary dependencies, including tailwindcss, postcss, and autoprefixer.
