Monkey patched AWS Pre-signing code to properly respect endpoint Setting. Shard code is hard-coded for AWS S3. This patch will make it suitable for in-house minio installations.
Fix docker build by adding missing shard. shard.yml was missing stump_png dependency, so added that.
