Describe the bug
The filter in the picker for proposals does not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to admin/participatory_processes/<your_process>/components//manage/meetings//meeting_closes//edit
Click on 'choose proposals'
Write something in the search input
See error

Expected behavior
The list of proposals should be render filtered by the text in the input field
