These are the codes and their meaning:
- BMS: All fish smaller than the minimum conservation reference size
- CBF: HEA with skin on, spine on, tail on
- CLA: Claws only
- DWT: Gilled, gutted, part of head off, fins off
- FIL: HEA+GUT+TLD+bones offEach fish originates two fillets not joined by any par
- FIS: FIL+SKI Each fish originates two fillets not joined by any par
- FSB: Filleted with skin and bones on
- FSP: Filleted with skin removed and pinbone on
- GHT: GUH+TLD
- GTA: Gutted, Tailed
- GTF: Gutted, Tailed, Finned
- GUG: Guts and gills removed
- GUH: Guts and head removed
- GUL: GUT without removing liver parts
- GUS: GUH+SKI
- GUT: All guts removed
- HEA: Heads off
- HET: Headed, Tailed
- JAP: Transversal cut removing all parts from head to belly
- JAT: Japanese cut with tail removed
- LAP: Double fillet, HEA, skin+tails+fins ON
- LVR: Liver
- LVR-C: Liver - collective presentation*
- OTH: Any other presentation
- ROE: Roe(s)
- ROE-C: Roe(s) - Collective presentation*
- SAD: Headed with skin on, spine on, tail on and salted dry
- SAL: CBF+salted
- SGH: GUH+salted
- SGT: GUT+salted
- SKI: Skin off
- SUR: Surimi
- TAL: Tails only
- TLD: Tail off
- TNG: Tongue
- TNG-C: Tongue - collective presentation*
- TUB: Tube only (Squid)
- WHL: No processing
