2 years ago this PR for better titles was created but closed: #2587 - Adds new title events that work for later versions
I recoded my own versions, since the previous pr api was not good enough.
This is better for newer version since it actually works and there is a way to get the subtitle message which there isn't right now - if you have suggestions let me know
