A simple library for reading and drawing GIFs for XNA and FNA.
If you want to use this in a normal project, simply download the DLL1 for whatever framework you're using and add it as an assembly reference.
If you want to use this in a tModLoader mod, follow the steps above and include the DLL in a lib/ directory in your mod's root directory.
