Changed strategy watched folder: subfolders 'Light Sources' and 'Detectors' are not created anymore, only monitored.
Fixed bugs in synchronizing the devices tree with the subfolders in the watched folder.
Added a 'no page' for when no device is selected.
Detector calibration tool 'Algorithm' and 'Readme' buttons handler now starts executable with 'show' argument 1.
Detector auto analysis now waits until writing bright and dark images has completed and persists.
Extracting meta-data from Nikon tiff images now works.
