更新了安装docker部分的文档，包括：

pip版本更换为Python 3
apt、pip、docker软件包、docker镜像均提供了国内源的安装方式
国内服务器Docker一键脚本使用阿里云源，而不是之前文档里的docker默认源（会导致国内服务器仍需连接docker官网源速度会很慢）
从Docker官网翻译了一份分步安装教程
一些常见问题的解决方法（参阅doc/faq.md）
