@bgruening any idea why this is failing? It's the same issue as on a previous tool. It runs all fine in conda and with the biocontainers it fails, but it runs when serving with biocontainers. |

This PR comprises the recetox-plots, which is a visualization suite including now 3 plots:
All of the plots take on the input tabular/csv/parquet file.
Possibility to export the R script and re-run it locally is included.
