Targeting macOS Sonoma is likely an extreme solution to the above camera crash issue,
so I'll mark it as draft for now until there's a consensus on whether it's worth dropping Ventura support or not. I myself don't know if there's any other way to fix the camera on Sequoia thus yet. (I suspect most users are probably on Sequoia and will benefit more from the camera fix than keeping support for the few remaining Ventura users)
