CasaRX

this is a image of CasaRX a modified openwebrx docker image for CasaOS, the fork of openwebrxplus-docker-builder.
Use this fork to build the modified docker image.
The SoftMBE will use codecserver-softmbe (mbelib), enabling DMR, D-Star, YSF, FreeDV, DRM, NXDN and other Digital modes.
