1. Пользователи в админке теперь создаются с хэшированным паролем. 2. Подстроил фикстуры под изменение [1]. 3. Добавил файлы и инструкцию для быстрой установки всех фикстур. 4. Объединил команды и пользователей в один файл фикстуры, чтобы работал пункт [3] 5. Добавил эндпоинт `./notifications/unseen/` для уведомлений, отображает количество не прочтенных уведомлений(для изменения колокольчика) 6. Малое обновление readme
