Issue Description

Create a feature that allows super users to acknowledge OOO ( out-of-office ) requests raised by RDS users. Implement functionality to allow approval and rejection of OOO requests.

Expected Behavior

  • APIs should provide OOO request details for super users' needs.
  • APIs should support approval/rejection actions for OOO requests.

Current Behavior

Currently, RDS users are putting OOO and it's directly changing their users' status. There is no acknowledging process. Superusers are manually checking out-of-office (OOO) requests.
