Status At Wind-Down
This is a minor change which addresses the issue of combinatorial loops/lockups when an SDAccel kernel has a direct connection between the 'go' to the 'done' control links. This situation is only likely to occur for trivial cases such as examples/noop. Since it has no particular benefit to non-trivial examples there has not been a significant incentive to merge it.
