Konflux onboard e2e

• Container images are now built in the public konflux instance and pushed to quay.io. Images will be pushed both on PRs, and pushes to main / development branches
• E2E tests run on all built images as Konflux Integration Tests
• E2E tests can also be run outside of konflux using pytest e2e-tests, though may need some tweaking to work on all openshift clusters
• Github actions for building container images have been removed
• Unit tests are still run with gitlab actions
• Linting and unit test actions were split to run concurrently
